These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pocket Rockets Poker League website, digital platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Services
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the Services
Pocket Rockets may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
Some features may require creating an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Pocket Rockets may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or contain false or misleading information.
By registering for any poker events, tournaments, or leagues:
You acknowledge that all game play is recreational and for entertainment
You agree to follow event rules, codes of conduct, and staff instructions
Pocket Rockets may refuse entry or remove participants for misconduct, cheating, collusion, or disruptive behavior
Pocket Rockets is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or disputes between participants.
If the Services include paid registrations, merchandise, or subscriptions:
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated
Payments are final unless a specific refund policy is posted for the event or product
Pocket Rockets Poker League may cancel or reschedule events; refunds or credits will be issued where applicable
You are responsible for any taxes or processing fees associated with your purchase.
All content on the Services—including logos, branding, graphics, text, images, videos, and design elements—is the property of Pocket Rockets Poker League or its licensors. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without permission
Use trademarks or branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner
A limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license is granted for personal, non‑commercial use.
If you submit or upload content (photos, comments, profiles, etc.), you grant Pocket Rockets Poker League a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operational and promotional purposes.
You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you submit.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in that policy.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pocket Rockets Poker League does not guarantee:
Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
Uninterrupted or error‑free operation
Security of data transmitted through the Services
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket Rockets Poker League is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Damages arising from event participation, website use, or third‑party interactions
Total liability shall not exceed $1.00
The Services may contain links to third‑party websites or services. Pocket Rockets Poker League is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third‑party sites is at your own discretion.
Pocket Rockets Poker League may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
Pocket Rockets Poker League may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.
